Thank you for choosing Supremus Group LLC. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the conditions that apply to purchases made through SupremusStore.com.
It covers self-paced online training, certification programs, course bundles, examinations, instructor-led training, templates, books, training kits, and related products and services.
Please review the product description and this policy before placing an order. Product-specific refund terms disclosed before purchase, or a separate written agreement signed by Supremus Group LLC, control where they expressly differ from this policy. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
1. Self-Paced Online Training
Self-paced online training purchases are final once an order is placed, except as expressly provided in this policy, applicable product-specific terms, a signed agreement, or applicable law.
This rule applies to all self-paced courses and certification programs, regardless of the subject, course name, language, or delivery platform. Covered subjects include, where offered, HIPAA, medical courier operations, OSHA and workplace safety, DOT and hazardous materials, cybersecurity, AI in healthcare, human trafficking prevention, business training, and other compliance or professional development topics.
A purchase does not qualify for a refund solely because you change your mind, no longer need the training, have a scheduling conflict, or decide not to participate. This applies even when you have not logged in or started the course.
Selecting the wrong course or language does not automatically qualify for a refund. Contact us promptly so we can review whether an enrollment correction is possible.
These restrictions do not remove your rights when we fail to deliver the purchased product or when the product materially differs from its description at the time of purchase.
2. Course Bundles and Group Purchases
The self-paced training policy applies to course bundles, discounted packages, optional add-on courses, and purchases for multiple learners. This includes Certified Medical Courier Professional (CMCP), Certified Medical Courier Expert (CMCE), and other training packages for medical providers, mental health professionals, dentists, business associates and others.
We do not provide partial refunds solely because a learner completes only part of a bundle or does not use an included course, examination, template, or other resource.
Unused learner registrations, employee departures, and changes in an organization’s training plans do not automatically qualify for refunds. Different arrangements may apply when expressly included in a signed group or enterprise agreement.
Requests to change an assigned learner must be approved in writing. A learner substitution is not guaranteed and does not authorize account sharing.
3. Course Access and Enrollment Changes
The access period stated for your purchased product or written agreement applies. Unless otherwise specified, that period begins when course access is first made available, not when you first log in.
Not starting or completing training before access expires does not, by itself, qualify for a refund. Access extensions are not automatic. Any available extension and related charge will be explained before you agree to it.
Please enter the correct learner name and email address during checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible, preferably before training begins or a certificate is issued.
We may approve a correction or course change when practical. An approved change does not automatically restart the access period, and any additional charge will be disclosed in advance.
4. Certification Examinations and Results
Separately purchased certification examination fees and vouchers are nonrefundable once assigned to an individual, except where applicable law or specific written terms provide otherwise.
An unused examination included in a training bundle does not, by itself, qualify for a partial refund.
Not passing an assessment, not completing certification requirements, or not receiving a desired employment or business opportunity does not, by itself, make a purchase refundable. Any express commitments made in the product description at the time of purchase remain applicable.
5. Technical Problems, Delivery Issues, and Billing Errors
Please contact customer support if you cannot locate your login instructions, access the purchased course, open a supplied file, or use a product as described.
Technical problems: We will review the issue and work to restore access or provide another appropriate solution. A problem caused solely by a device, browser, software, or internet connection that does not meet the published requirements does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Failure to deliver: If a problem on our side prevents us from providing the purchased product and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable period, we will provide an appropriate refund for the affected undelivered product or portion, subject to any broader remedy required by law.
Incorrect or materially misdescribed products: If we provide the wrong product or a product that materially differs from the description at purchase, we will review the issue and arrange an appropriate correction, replacement, or refund.
Duplicate charges: Verified duplicate charges for the same transaction will be corrected, including a refund of the excess amount collected. Two separate orders are not automatically considered a duplicate charge.
A replacement product or store credit will not be imposed instead of a monetary refund when you are legally entitled to that refund.
6. Templates and the Limited Seven-Day Guarantee
Template purchases have a separate, limited seven-day money-back guarantee available only to qualifying U.S.-based covered entities companies with more than 50 employees.
The purchasing company must be identified in the order, and the refund request must be submitted using a corporate email address.
Consulting companies, individual consultants, and business associates are not eligible for this guarantee. Individuals purchasing in their own name without company information, and companies or individuals outside the United States, are also excluded.
Requests under this guarantee must be submitted within seven calendar days after purchase. We may request information reasonably needed to verify the order and eligibility.
Following a refund, you must stop using the refunded templates and follow the applicable license requirements and our return or deletion instructions.
This limited guarantee applies to eligible template purchases. It does not create a separate refund right for an online training bundle simply because templates or business resources are included, unless the bundle description expressly provides that right.
These eligibility restrictions do not limit remedies required by applicable law.
7. Instructor-Led Virtual and Classroom Training
Instructor-led training follows scheduled-class rules rather than the self-paced training rules above.
Customer Cancellations
Unless different booking terms are provided in writing, payment is processed after the class or individual training schedule is confirmed.
You may withdraw your registration before the class is confirmed and payment is processed. Once the class is confirmed and payment has been processed, customer-requested cancellations are nonrefundable, subject to applicable law or a separate written agreement.
Requests to reschedule may be considered based on instructor availability and require written approval. Missing a confirmed session does not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement session.
Please do not make travel arrangements until you receive written confirmation of the class.
Classes Canceled or Rescheduled by Supremus Group LLC
If we cancel or reschedule a class, you may request a full refund of the amount paid for the affected class instead of accepting an alternative date.
The restriction on customer-requested cancellation refunds does not apply when Supremus Group LLC cancels or reschedules the class.
8. Books, Training Kits, and Other Materials
Books, training kits, and non-template downloadable materials are final sale for change-of-mind returns, unless a different return policy is stated for the product.
This restriction does not apply to incorrect, damaged, defective, or undelivered products.
Contact us promptly to report a problem. When available, include photographs or other details that help us review the issue. We will provide instructions for an appropriate replacement, return, or refund.
For an authorized return needed to correct our error or a defective product, we will cover reasonable return-shipping costs. Please obtain return instructions before sending physical materials.
9. Custom Training, Consulting, and Enterprise Services
Custom course development, private training, consulting, enterprise licensing, and other specially arranged services follow the cancellation and refund terms included in the written proposal or agreement accepted before purchase.
Any charges for completed work, reserved services, or nonrecoverable project costs must be supported by that agreement and permitted by applicable law.
Please review the scope of work, payment schedule, and cancellation conditions before approving a custom engagement.
10. Payment Disputes, Chargebacks, and Unpaid Balances
Contact Us About a Payment Concern
If you have a concern about your purchase or believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support@supremusstore.com or 515-865-4591. Include your order number, the learner’s name, and the reason for your concern or dispute so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.
Payment Reversals After Training Has Been Used
If a learner accesses, participates in, or completes training and the associated payment is later reversed by a credit card issuer, bank, PayPal, or another payment provider, the reversal does not automatically eliminate an otherwise valid and legally enforceable obligation to pay for the training.
The purchaser remains responsible for any amount that is still lawfully owed under the terms accepted at purchase, subject to applicable law, payment-provider agreements, and any binding resolution of the dispute. Training use alone does not establish that every disputed charge is valid.
Unpaid Balances and Collection Referral
When a payment is reversed, we will review the reason for the dispute, available purchase and training records, and the payment provider’s decision. If we determine that a legally enforceable balance remains due, we will send the purchaser written notice explaining the amount claimed, the basis for that amount, and how to question or resolve it.
If that balance remains unpaid after review, written notice, and an opportunity to resolve the matter, we may refer the account to a third-party collection agency where permitted by applicable law and our payment-provider agreements.
We will not refer an account to collections solely because a customer filed a dispute. We will not seek payment that is no longer legally owed, disregard a binding refund obligation, or collect the same amount twice.
Your Right to Dispute a Charge
Nothing in this policy limits your right to raise a legitimate billing dispute, request information about an alleged debt, or exercise any rights available under applicable law. Contacting us is encouraged, but it is not a condition of exercising those rights and does not extend your payment provider’s dispute deadlines.
11. How to Request Assistance or a Refund Review
For a cancellation request, billing correction, delivery problem, or refund review, contact:
Supremus Group LLC
Email: support@supremusstore.com
Phone: 515-865-4591
Please include your purchaser name, order number, purchase date, product name, and a brief explanation of the issue. For training-access problems, include the learner’s registered email address and any relevant error message.
Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or sensitive personal or health information.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. We will review the request under the terms that apply to your purchase and explain the outcome.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible. If that method is unavailable, we will arrange an appropriate alternative. We will confirm the refund amount and processing status by email.
When a product is refunded, access to that product may be removed. Any discretionary exception must be confirmed by Supremus Group LLC in writing.
12. Your Rights and Policy Updates
Nothing in this policy removes any non-waivable cancellation, refund, warranty, or billing-dispute rights available under applicable law.
You may contact us for help without giving up your right to raise a legitimate dispute with your payment provider or an appropriate consumer protection authority.
We may update this policy by posting a revised version and changing the date above. Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, the version in effect when your purchase was made will govern that purchase.
