• Upgrade to CMCP: $35
• Upgrade to CMCP + CMCE: $134

How Much Will You Pay to Upgrade?

Your upgrade price is calculated using your eligible medical courier bundle payment before taxes.

Upgrade price = Current program price − Eligible previous bundle payment

Select the upgrade option that matches both your previous eligible payment and the program you want. Do not select an option based only on the upgrade price.

Important: Check Your Previous Payment

Use the amount you paid for your eligible medical courier bundle before taxes.

The separate $25 Infection Control course does not count toward your eligible bundle payment.

For example, if your previous order was $140 before taxes and included the separate $25 Infection Control course:

$140 – $25 = $115 eligible bundle payment

Your upgrade would therefore be:

CMCP: $150 – $115 = $35

CMCP + CMCE: $249 – $115 = $134

If your receipt already lists the medical courier bundle separately, use the bundle amount shown on the receipt without subtracting the $25 again.

CMCP – Certified Medical Courier Professional

CMCP is a 12-course medical courier training and credential program covering areas such as HIPAA, OSHA safety, specimen transportation, cybersecurity, dry ice, hazardous materials, biological substances, and professional conduct.

After completing the required courses, assessments, and program requirements, eligible learners receive 12 individual course certificates plus the CMCP credential certificate.

Qualifying courses completed through your previous eligible bundle count toward your training requirements.

CMCP + CMCE — Professional and Expert Credentials

$249 | 14 courses

CMCP + CMCE includes the complete 12-course CMCP foundation plus:

• DOT Hazmat Employee and Highway Driver Training
• Six-hour Medical Courier Business Builder Training
• 70 downloadable business templates and resources

After completing the required training and program requirements, eligible learners receive 14 individual course certificates plus CMCP and CMCE credential certificates.

You do not need to purchase CMCP separately before choosing CMCP + CMCE.

How to Complete Your Upgrade

1. Check your previous payment
   Find your original receipt and identify your eligible medical courier bundle payment before taxes.
2. Choose your upgrade
   Select the option matching your previous payment and desired program.
3. Complete checkout
   Use the email address associated with your existing training account so we can match your upgrade to your training record.
4. Complete your additional courses
   We will add the applicable additional courses to your existing account within one business day after receiving your upgrade payment.

Purchasing an upgrade does not automatically award CMCP or CMCE. You must complete all required training, assessments, and program requirements.
