Commission Rate

Approved affiliates earn a commission equal to 25% of the eligible product sale amount for each qualifying sale.

Commission is calculated on the product sale amount only and does not include:

  • Sales tax;
  • Shipping charges, if any;
  • Handling charges;
  • Duties, tariffs, or customs fees;
  • Refunds, chargebacks, or cancelled orders;
  • Discounts, credits, or promotional reductions;
  • Any excluded product or service.

Example

If a customer purchases an eligible self-paced online training course for $400, the affiliate commission would be:

25% of $400 = $100 commission

If sales tax or shipping is added to the order, those amounts are not included in the commission calculation.

60-Day Cookie Tracking

Affiliate referral cookies are valid for 60 days from the customer’s valid click on your approved affiliate link.

This means that if a customer clicks your affiliate link and completes a qualifying purchase within 60 days, the sale may be credited to your affiliate account, subject to program terms, tracking, approval, and eligibility requirements.

Eligible Products

The Supremus Affiliate Partner Program applies only to eligible products approved by Supremus.

Commission-eligible products include:

  • Self-paced online training courses;
  • Self-paced online training bundles;
  • Compliance templates;
  • Other digital products specifically approved by Supremus in writing.

All eligible purchases must be completed through Supremusstore.com or another Supremus-approved checkout process.

Products and Services Not Included

The following are not commission-eligible unless Supremus provides written approval:

U.S. affiliates must provide a completed Form W-9 before payment can be issued. Supremus may issue Form 1099 or other applicable tax forms where required by law.

Non-U.S. Affiliates

Non-U.S. affiliates must provide the applicable tax form before payment can be issued.

This may include:

  • Form W-8BEN for non-U.S. individual affiliates;

  • Any other tax documentation requested by Supremus.

Affiliates are responsible for their own tax reporting and tax obligations.

Affiliate Signup Fee

There is a one-time affiliate signup fee of $99.00.

This fee is:

  • A one-time fee only;
  • Non-refundable;
  • Not an annual fee;
  • Required to apply for or participate in the affiliate program.

Payment of the signup fee does not guarantee sales, commissions, minimum earnings, or continued participation in the program.

How the Program Works 

Step 1: Pay the One-Time Signup Fee after Reading the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions: Pay the $99.00 one-time, non-refundable affiliate signup fee. Read all Terms and Conditions for Affiliate Partner Program

Step 2: Apply Online: Complete the affiliate signup form and accept the Affiliate Partner Program Terms and Conditions by checking the required agreement checkbox. This step requires the order number generated from Step 1.

Step 3: Receive Your Affiliate Link: Once approved, you will receive your affiliate link or approved tracking method.

Step 4: Promote Eligible Products: Promote eligible Supremus self-paced online training courses, bundles, and compliance templates using approved marketing methods.

Step 5: Earn Commissions: Earn 25% commission on qualifying product sales that are properly tracked, approved, and not refunded, canceled, charged back, or otherwise invalid.

Step 6: Get Paid: Once your approved commission balance reaches $100.00, payments are processed every two months by online bank transfer, subject to required tax and payment documentation.

Important Affiliate Rules

To protect customers, affiliates, and the Supremus brand, all affiliates must follow program rules.

Affiliates may not:

  • Sell Supremus products at a discounted price;
  • Undercut Supremus product pricing;
  • Offer unauthorized coupons, rebates, cash back, gift cards, bonuses, or price reductions;
  • Collect payment directly from customers for Supremus products;
  • Resell Supremus products outside an approved Supremus checkout process;
  • Promote instructor-led training as commission-eligible;
  • Make false or misleading claims;
  • Claim that products guarantee compliance, certification, audit success, or legal protection;
  • Use paid advertising without prior written permission from Supremus;
  • Bid on Supremus brand names or trademarks without written permission;
  • Use spam, cookie stuffing, fake reviews, hidden links, or misleading advertising;
  • Purchase through their own affiliate link;
  • Generate self-referrals;
  • Upload, copy, distribute, or resell Supremus training materials, course content, templates, or proprietary materials.

Supremus may suspend or terminate an affiliate account and cancel unpaid commissions for violations of the affiliate program terms.

Paid Advertising Policy

Affiliates may use paid advertising only with prior written permission from Supremus.

This includes:

  • Paid search ads;
  • Paid social media ads;
  • Display advertising;
  • Sponsored posts;
  • Retargeting ads;
  • Native ads;
  • Video ads;
  • Any other paid promotion.

Written approval is required before running any paid advertising campaign that promotes Supremus, Supremusstore.com, or Supremus products.

Self-Referrals Are Not Allowed

Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.

Affiliates may not earn commissions on purchases made by:

  • The affiliate;
  • The affiliate’s business;
  • The affiliate’s employees, contractors, owners, or related parties;
  • Immediate family members;

Commissions from self-referrals or artificial transactions may be denied, reversed, or canceled.
