Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 12, 2026

Supremus Group LLC, operating as Supremus Store, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, purchase products or compliance-training courses, contact us, or request training login information by text message.

In this policy, “Supremus Group,” “Supremus Store,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Supremus Group LLC.

Providing a mobile phone number for training login text messages is optional. You may purchase training and receive training access information by email without participating in text messaging.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

  1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

When you make a purchase, create an account, register for training, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, organization name, billing address, shipping address, account information, order details, and information included in your communications with us.

When training is purchased for another student, we may collect the student’s name, email address, and enrollment information needed to arrange access to the purchased course.

Payment and transaction information

We and the payment service providers involved in your purchase process payment and billing information needed to complete transactions, confirm payments, address billing questions, process applicable refunds, and maintain transaction records.

The information handled depends on your payment method and the services involved in processing your purchase.

Optional mobile phone number

You may voluntarily enter your mobile phone number in the optional field designated for training login text messages.

When you enter your number in that field and submit the form after being shown the SMS disclosure, you request and consent to receive the non-marketing training-access messages described in Section 3.

You may leave this field blank. Your decision does not prevent you from completing a purchase or accessing purchased training.

SMS consent and messaging records

When you participate in our text messaging program, we collect and maintain information needed to document and manage your participation. This may include your mobile number, consent status, submission date and time, the form used to obtain consent, the disclosure presented when you submitted the form, message delivery records, replies, and opt-out requests.

These records help us deliver requested messages, document consent, provide assistance, and honor your communication choices.

Information collected automatically

Our website and its service providers may collect technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring pages, and website activity.

Cookies and similar technologies may also collect information as described in Section 5.

  1. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to process purchases, fulfill orders, create and maintain accounts, arrange training enrollment, provide course access, answer questions, and maintain customer and transaction records.

We may also use information to improve website performance, understand how visitors use our services, prevent fraud, protect our systems, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.

When you request training login text messages, we use your mobile number and related messaging records to provide that service, respond to related requests, and manage your messaging preferences.

Consent to training login text messages does not authorize promotional text messages, sales calls, or unrelated communications.

Where we offer promotional emails, those communications are handled separately from the training-access SMS program. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails as explained in Section 7.

  1. SMS and Text Messaging: Message Flow

Program name and purpose

The Supremus Group LLC Training Access Messages program provides an optional way to receive login information and access instructions for purchased compliance-training courses.

Messages are limited to training-portal links, login instructions, requested resends of training login information, and responses to related training-access or messaging-support requests. You may also receive responses to HELP requests and confirmation of an opt-out request.

Messages may be sent using automated technology.

This program does not send advertisements, discounts, sales offers, promotional campaigns, or unrelated marketing messages.

How you opt in

You opt in by voluntarily entering your own mobile phone number in the optional field identified for training login text messages and submitting the form.

The disclosure displayed next to that field explains that submitting your mobile number requests text messages from Supremus Group LLC about accessing purchased training. It also explains message frequency, possible carrier charges, and how to stop messages or request help.

A separate SMS consent checkbox is not used. Your voluntary entry of your mobile number and submission of the form, with the SMS disclosure displayed, is the opt-in action for this program.

Your consent applies to the training-access purpose described in the disclosure. It does not extend to marketing messages or another company’s messaging program.

Providing a number solely for billing, shipping, customer support, or another purpose does not enroll you in this program unless you separately complete the disclosed SMS opt-in process. Simply visiting our website, purchasing a course, or accepting our general Terms and Conditions does not, by itself, provide SMS consent.

How messages are sent

After you submit the optional mobile-number field with the SMS disclosure, we record your messaging choice.

When access information for the purchased training is available, we use the number you provided to send the related login information or access instructions. Additional messages may be sent when you request a resend or assistance with accessing that training.

Our messages identify Supremus Group LLC as the sender. The initial program message includes instructions for opting out.

We do not use this enrollment to begin an unrelated or promotional messaging sequence.

Participation is optional

You may decline text messages by leaving the optional mobile-number field blank.

You can still purchase training and receive training access information through email. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing a product or accessing purchased training.

Choosing not to receive texts does not affect your eligibility to receive customer support.

Purchases made for another student

An employer, administrator, or other purchaser may provide information needed to enroll a student in training. However, supplying another person’s mobile number does not establish that person’s consent to receive text messages.

The person who will receive the messages must complete the SMS opt-in process. Do not use the optional SMS field to enroll another person’s mobile number on their behalf.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the purchased training associated with your submission and your requests for login information or access assistance.

Messages are sent when training access information is provided or when you request related assistance or a resend. You may also receive a HELP response or a final opt-out confirmation.

This program does not send scheduled advertising or recurring promotional messages.

Message and data charges

Message and data rates may apply.

Your mobile carrier may charge for messages you send or receive and for data used when opening links in a message. Depending on your plan, roaming or international charges may also apply.

You are responsible for these carrier charges. Supremus Group LLC and its service providers do not pay or reimburse them, except where required by applicable law.

Contact your mobile carrier for information about your plan and applicable charges.

How to stop text messages

You may withdraw your SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to a program message.

You may also ask us to stop messages by emailing support@supremusstore.com or calling 515-865-4591. We honor other reasonable methods of clearly communicating that you no longer wish to receive program texts.

After you opt out, we stop sending program messages. You may receive one final text confirming your request. Messages will not resume unless you provide new consent through an appropriate opt-in process.

Opting out does not cancel your order, close your account, remove your access to purchased training, or stop necessary training-related emails.

How to get help

Reply HELP to a program message for assistance.

You may also contact customer support at support@supremusstore.com or 515-865-4591.

For questions about carrier charges, network coverage, or your mobile plan, contact your mobile carrier.

Accurate mobile numbers and delivery

Provide only a mobile number that you use and are authorized to receive messages at. Notify us if your number changes, is disconnected, or is no longer under your control.

Consent associated with an old number does not automatically authorize messages to a replacement number.

Message delivery depends on supported carriers, network availability, device compatibility, and other technical conditions. Delivery and timing are not guaranteed. If a training-access message is missing or delayed, check your training-registration email or contact customer support.

Protecting training-access information

Keep training-access messages and account links private. Do not forward information that would allow an unauthorized person to access your training account.

Do not reply to text messages with your account password, full payment-card details, patient information, or other sensitive personal information.

Contact us if you believe a message is suspicious or your training-access information has been exposed.

  1. How We Share Personal Information

Service providers

We may disclose personal information to providers that help us process payments, fulfill purchases, host and maintain our website, arrange training access, deliver communications, analyze website performance, maintain security, and provide customer support.

We limit disclosures to information reasonably needed for the relevant service and require appropriate protections for information processed on our behalf.

Special protection for mobile information and SMS consent

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may provide necessary mobile and messaging information to providers involved in operating our SMS program, including Twilio, telecommunications carriers, and technical support providers. This may include mobile numbers, message content, delivery records, consent records, and opt-out information.

These providers may process the information as needed to deliver and support messages, document consent, handle opt-outs, maintain security, and meet applicable obligations associated with the messaging service.

These operational disclosures do not authorize providers to use your information for their own marketing or treat your consent to Supremus Group LLC messages as consent to another company’s messages.

We do not sell or transfer SMS consent to another business for its messaging program.

The mobile-information protections in this section take priority over any broader information-sharing statement elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

Legal and security purposes

We may disclose information when required by law or valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, address security incidents, enforce our agreements, protect safety, or protect legal rights.

These disclosures do not authorize third-party or affiliate marketing using your mobile information or SMS consent.

  1. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website and its service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to support shopping carts, account sessions, website preferences, security, and website analytics.

These technologies may help us understand website activity and identify ways to improve our services.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any privacy or cookie controls made available on our website. Restricting certain cookies may affect shopping carts, account login, or other website functions.

Cookie preferences are separate from SMS preferences. Accepting cookies does not enroll you in text messaging, and declining optional cookies does not, by itself, cancel an existing SMS preference.

  1. Information Security and Retention

Information security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, and disclosure.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Please protect your account credentials and contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Information retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed to provide our services, maintain purchase and enrollment records, address support requests, resolve disputes, satisfy legal obligations, and carry out the purposes described in this policy.

Retention periods depend on the information involved, the service provided, applicable recordkeeping requirements, and whether information is needed for security or legal purposes.

We may retain SMS consent and opt-out records after messaging stops to document your choices, demonstrate compliance, and help prevent unwanted future messages. Retaining an opt-out record does not authorize us to restart messages.

  1. Your Privacy and Communication Choices

Personal-information requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you.

Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to obtain a copy of your information or object to or opt out of certain processing activities. Available rights and exceptions depend on your location, the information involved, and the laws that apply to our business.

Submit requests to support@supremusstore.com or call 515-865-4591.

We may need to verify your identity or the authority of a person acting on your behalf. We respond within the time required by applicable law.

Some information may need to be retained for transaction records, legal obligations, security, dispute resolution, or compliance with your opt-out preferences.

Where applicable law provides a right to appeal a denied request, you may email us with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.” We will review the appeal and provide the information required by that law.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Text-message preferences

Leave the optional mobile-number field blank to decline enrollment, or follow the opt-out instructions in Section 3 to stop program texts.

Withdrawing SMS consent does not remove your access to purchased training.

Email preferences

For promotional emails, use the unsubscribe option provided in the email or contact customer support.

Unsubscribing from promotional emails does not prevent necessary communications about purchases, billing, accounts, customer support, or training access.

Email and SMS preferences are managed separately.

  1. Children’s Privacy

Our store and professional training offerings are not directed to children under 13.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact support@supremusstore.com so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

  1. Links to Other Websites and Services

Our website and communications may contain links to training platforms, payment services, or other websites.

Those services may provide their own privacy notices. Review the notice that applies to the service you use.

Following a link, visiting a training platform, or accepting another service’s terms does not, by itself, enroll you in our text messaging program.

  1. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, information practices, or legal obligations.

We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. When required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before making changes that affect how personal information is used.

A policy update does not automatically enroll you in text messaging, expand the purpose of your existing SMS consent, or authorize messages after you have opted out.

Previously collected mobile numbers will not be treated as new SMS opt-ins solely because this policy has been updated.
