Finished your medical courier training? Email Mike@hipaatraining.net to request your Certified Medical Courier Professional (CMCP) or Certified Medical Courier Expert (CMCE) credential.
Before requesting your credential, complete and pass all required courses for your program: 12 courses for CMCP or 14 courses for CMCE. Your training record will be reviewed before your credential is issued.
Include your full name, training account email address, and the credential you are requesting. You will receive instructions for obtaining your credential certificate and using the corresponding official logo.

Check that you have completed the specific courses required for your program, not simply the same number of courses in your account. Extra or unrelated courses do not replace missing required training.
An individual course certificate is different from a CMCP or CMCE credential certificate. Purchasing a bundle or completing only part of the program does not establish that you have earned the full credential.
Request Your Credential in Three Steps
Step 1: Review Your Training Account
Check that every required course is complete and that you have passed its required assessment.
Save your individual course certificates for your records. If you believe you finished a course but your account does not show completion, explain the issue to Mike so your record can be checked.
Step 2: Send Your Request to Mike
Email Mike@hipaatraining.net with your full name, the email address used for your training account, and your requested credential.
State that you have completed and passed all required courses. You may use the message below.

Step 3: Follow Your Certificate and Logo Instructions
Our team will review your course completion record. After your eligibility is confirmed, follow the instructions provided to obtain your credential certificate and access the appropriate logo information. The published CMCE process includes assigning the applicable credential certificates to your online training account after review.
Check that your name and credential details are correct, then save your certificate with your training records.
Wait until you receive confirmation that your credential has been awarded before using the designation or displaying its logo.
How to Use Your Credential After It Is Awarded
Once your credential has been awarded, you may identify yourself using the appropriate designation:

Your earned credential can be included on your resume, LinkedIn profile, email signature, business cards, and other permitted professional materials. When displaying a logo, clearly identify the person who earned the credential.
